What we do
We enable better livelihoods for people affected by the war in Ukraine through work and skilling opportunities remote and abroad.
We gathered all the resources available for people fleeing Ukraine, remaining in Ukraine, displaced into a neighbouring country, or relocating to countries around the world.
We are building new initiatives to support vulnerable persons gain financial independence. Coming soon: people with disabilities.
Our economic inclusion pillars are based on connecting vulnerable population to:
jobs in 50 countries, 250 cities
interactions between candidates and employers
We find connections between seemingly disparate stakeholders, people, resources, and phenomena.
We use technology to power our mission, with attention to its deployment in the context of vulnerable populations.
We also deploy technology consciously in most of our operations, including automation of manual work through software robots, to ensure limited operational burden and increased agility.
